We sell two products made by Runner Harmony. A Toe Hole Prevention Insert that prevents holes in the toe box of your running shoe, and a Heel Repair Patch that both prevents and repairs holes in the heel area of your running shoe
2. Will I notice Runner Harmony inserts in my running shoes?
No, both of our products are made from flexible and soft material, yet still being extremely hard wearing. This ensures that the inserts contour to the shape of your running shoe. The thickness is 1mm so you should not notice once inserted correctly.
3. When should you use Runner Harmony?
Our Toe Hole Prevention Inserts should be used when the runner is new, or at any stage before the holes appear in the shoe. Our Heel Repair Patch can be used before the holes occur, or alternatively after the holes occur to repair the damage in the shoe.
4. Is Runner Harmony inserts just for people who run?
No. Our products can be used by anyone who experiences holes in their running shoes, whether that is from running, walking, gym or just wear and tear. The aim is to prolong the life of running shoes for all.
5. Is shipping FREE?
We are delighted to offer FREE shipping within Ireland. We keep shipping rates to all other countries low, these will be calculated at the checkout for other countries.
6. How long does delivery take?
We use Standard Post. Delivery to European countries usually takes 3-5 working days. Deliveries to countries outside of Europe usually takes 3 to 7 days.
7. When are the orders processed?
Orders received before 3pm GMT will be processed and shipped the same day – note there is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
